Medication Management, Refills, and Program Scope
This program includes an initial consultation, ongoing medical management, clinical monitoring, medication management, dose adjustments, necessary supplies, shipping and follow-up care over the defined duration of care. 
The prescription defines the duration of care. 
Medication refills require a scheduled appointment for clinical review and ordering purposes; however, the client is not required to attend the appointment unless specifically requested by the clinician. Refill authorization remains at the clinician’s discretion based on clinical appropriateness and safety considerations.
Additional intake paperwork is not required for medication refills. Any automatically generated forms may be disregarded unless otherwise instructed.
For ongoing and safe care, clients are expected to provide weekly updates regarding weight changes and any side effects experienced. Failure to provide required updates may result in delayed, modified, or suspended refills at the clinician’s discretion.
Secure messaging is available through a HIPAA-compliant communication line at 616-801-4648 and is intended for non-urgent clinical communication related to ongoing care. 
Program pricing is consistent regardless of medication source and is not dependent on where medications are dispensed or obtained.
