All in-person visits outside of standard clinic hours (M/W/F 8:45-11:30) will be coordinated and confirmed directly by your provider.

Your first appointment can be a welcome call and/or a visit for an urgent concern.
Enjoy unlimited access to your provider by text, phone, video, or in person whenever you need care.
Membership includes annual comprehensive exams, discounted labs and imaging, and urgent care services.
Membership is billed monthly with an initial 3-month commitment to support consistent, personalized care.
To preserve same-day access, membership spots are limited; a $200 rejoining fee will apply if you leave and return.
Adding family members is easy—just mention it to your provider. Families who enroll together receive a one-time membership credit after 90 days.

Please note: our clinic does not manage chronic pain treatment or long-term benzodiazepine medications.
