An initial visit typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and a treatment plan. 

Follow up appointment for established patients

Evaluate your individual health history to receive a personalized weight loss plan tailored to your goals and needs.

• Medications and supplies are not included in the service fee. If prescribed, they start at $300/month.
• Lab work is required. We accept lab results from the past 3 months; otherwise, a lab order will be provided.
• Patients may use insurance to cover lab costs.

Monthly follow-up appointments are provided to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Medications and supplies are not included.
