An in-depth 60-minute consultation focused on metabolic, mental health, and hormone-related symptoms that may be impacting mood, energy, sleep, focus, metabolism, weight, and overall quality of life.

Who is this for?
This consultation is ideal for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, burnout, weight resistance, or hormonal imbalance, as well as men experiencing symptoms associated with low testosterone.

If you decide to move forward with one of our 12-week wellness programs, the consultation fee will be applied toward your program cost when enrolled within 48 hours of your initial consultation.

The initial consultation includes a complete history and physical, and a review of the Comprehensive lab.  During the initial consultation, we walk you through your lab results, connect the dots between your symptoms and the findings, and show you the best clinical strategy to optimize your health. Development of a Comprehensive treatment plan.

We will go through each lab one by one with you so you understand where you stand with your health. It includes a comprehensive lifestyle assessment.

Lab evaluation includes standard Lab panel (CBC, CMP, Thyroid panel, Inflammatory panel, complete metabolic panel, HgbA1C), hormonal panel  (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, SHBG, DHEA, Cortisol etc.).

Patients may choose to bill their insurance for laboratory tests. Please note by opting to bill insurance for labs, any lab services not covered by insurance will be the patient’s responsibility.
