After your initial intake and lab draw, your next step is a dedicated appointment to review your lab results in detail. This visit is essential in helping us understand your body’s current hormone function and how it may be contributing to the symptoms you’re experiencing.
What Happens During This Appointment: - Thorough Lab Interpretation: We’ll go over your results together, reviewing key hormone markers such as estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid function (TSH, Free T3/T4), ferritin, and other relevant labs. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what’s in balance, what’s not, and why that matters. - Symptom Correlation: We don’t treat numbers alone. Your provider will connect your lab values with the symptoms you’re experiencing—such as fatigue, mood changes, poor sleep, or low libido—to help you understand the bigger picture of your hormonal health. - Individualized Recommendations: Based on your lab findings and health goals, we’ll outline personalized recommendations. This may include bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT), lifestyle changes, supplementation, or additional testing if needed. - Patient Education: This appointment is also a time for questions. We want you to feel confident, informed, and supported as you begin your hormone optimization journey. This virtual follow-up appointment is for existing patients currently undergoing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). During this visit, we’ll assess how you’re responding to your current treatment plan, review any recent symptoms or concerns, and make any necessary adjustments to your hormone dosing. Labs may be reviewed if recently completed. This appointment is conducted via secure telehealth and typically lasts 20–30 minutes.
Please ensure you are in a private, quiet space for your virtual visit. If new labs are required prior to your appointment, our office will notify you in advance.
STEP 1: After watching the Discovery Video - Are you ready to move forward with labs? During this 15 minute virtual appointment, your provider will help answer any questions or concerns you may have. Understand your symptoms and goals, walk you through the HRT process and order your labs. **PLEASE READ** Total cost for this appointment is $75.00 A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. If you cancel or no-show, this deposit will not be refunded.
