It can be booked by parents of pediatric patients under my care, or by any parent seeking support and resources for their child. Topics may include coping strategies, communication, behavior management, ADHD management strategies, and overall family well-being.
Sessions may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, as relevant to your child’s situation and your goals as a parent.
