Schedule this if you're not an established Weight Loss patient. This is an in-office visit. This package includes an initial consultation with lab review or lab ordering if needed. Our medical weight loss program includes accountability, weigh ins, measurements and nutritional guidance. Our services include dietary counseling, supplement recommendations and prescription management if warranted. The cost of medication is not included. After the initial visit, our membership cost is $100/monthly which includes up to one in person or telehealth visit/month, access to provider via text/email and prescriptions for any necessary medication or supplement. We ask for a minimum three month commitment.
