Current Members will NOT  receive a additional charges for follow-up appointments (all visits are covered in the monthly membership fee 99.00 a month billed monthly which is set up at first visit).

For non-controlled MEDICATION REFILL REQUESTS: Patients will "book an appointment" for asynchronous medication refill request option due to limitations of the software but this is not a visit you attend, it just triggers a notification of your refill request and will send you form to fill out. 
$99.00 monthly billed every month covers all telehealth appointments, including messaging, and medication refill requests.

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING:
 "book an appointment" for asynchronous medication refill request due to limitations of the software but this is NOT a visit you will attend, it just triggers a notification of your refill request. This option is for Eve and Adam Telehealth Members who need a refill on medications that don't require a "in person" (Zoom/Phone) telehealth visit. 

Patients may utilize this option for medications they've been stable on (i.e. hormones, birth control, GLP-1 meds, antidepressants, LDN) and do not require adjustments or changes (with the exception of GLP-1 medication increased dose requests as long as patients are tolerating current dose well). 

PLEASE NOTE option is not for requesting new medications, controlled substances (including testosterone) or antibiotics. Please allow 3 business days to process requests, this does not include time pharmacy takes to fill prescriptions or ship medications.
Please use this option for PEPTIDE CONSULTATION or LAB REVIEW for PEARL MEDSPA PATIENTS.
