Schedule a one-time birth control video visit for evaluation and prescription of oral contraceptive pills, the patch, vaginal ring, diaphragm, or internal condoms. This visit is appropriate if you are starting a new method or requesting a refill of your current contraception.
For safety, you must provide documentation of a blood pressure reading completed within the past year prior to receiving a prescription
Do you need a refill on your birth control? We've got you covered! We provide follow-up visits for birth control prescription refills through secure video telehealth appointments. This service is for patients who are already established on a contraceptive method and are seeking continuation of their current prescription.
During the visit, we review medication tolerance, side effects, adherence, interval health changes, blood pressure history when applicable, and any new contraindications. When clinically appropriate, a prescription refill is provided. Counseling on continued safe use and warning symptoms is included. Prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy
This service does not include initiation of new contraceptive methods, method changes, or procedural contraception.

Patients requiring a new method should book the Initial Consultation.
Missed a birth control pill or had unprotected intercourse and need emergency contraception? We provide timely, confidential evaluation through a required video visit to determine the most appropriate option for you. If clinically appropriate, a prescription for emergency contraception will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy so you can begin treatment as soon as possible.

Patients are evaluated by a licensed medical provider to determine whether weight-loss treatment, including GLP-1 based therapy, is medically appropriate. Treatment plans are individualized based on clinical assessment.
If clinically appropriate, treatment may include prescription medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide. Prescriptions are issued on a patient-specific basis and fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy.
The visit includes a detailed review of weight history, prior weight-loss efforts, medical conditions, current medications, lifestyle factors, and contraindications. Laboratory testing may be required and will be ordered as part of the evaluation. Patients are expected to complete labs prior to follow-up or medication consideration. Existing lab results from the past 12 months may be accepted if appropriate.
Treatment options and next steps are determined after clinical review and, when applicable, laboratory results.

We provide follow-up visits for patients actively enrolled in medical weight loss management. These visits focus on monitoring progress, medication tolerance, side effects, adherence, and overall response to treatment.
During the visit, we review weight trends, lab tests results, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any interval health changes. When clinically appropriate, treatment may be continued or adjusted, and additional guidance on nutrition, activity, and long-term weight management is provided. Ongoing monitoring and safety considerations are addressed.
This service is intended for established weight loss patients and does not replace comprehensive primary care or management of unrelated medical conditions.

What this service includes:
  • Prescription of compounded GLP-1 medications when medically indicated
  • Individualized dosing and titration plan based on response and tolerability
  • Ongoing monitoring for effectiveness, side effects, and safety
  • Scheduled follow-up video visits to assess progress and adjust treatment

We evaluate and treat erectile dysfunction (ED) through confidential video visits.
The visit includes a review of symptoms, medical history, cardiovascular risk factors, medications, and lifestyle considerations. When appropriate, prescription treatment and guidance on safe use and expectations are provided. Patients with concerning symptoms will be referred for in-person evaluation.

We recommend you see an in-person provider for your care if:
  • You are currently taking nitrates (including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate/mononitrate)
  • You have had very elevated blood pressure (systolic 160 or higher or diastolic 90 or higher)
  • You have recently experienced chest pain during activity or have untreated heart disease (not in the care of cardiologist)
 
A follow-up visit to assess your response to treatment, monitor progress, and make any necessary adjustments to your care plan.

This visit is recommended for patients currently undergoing treatment or needing optimization of their erectile dysfunction management plan.
We evaluate and treat male pattern hair loss through video visits.
The visit includes assessment of hair loss pattern, duration, family history, and medical factors. When appropriate, prescription or over-the-counter treatment options and long-term management guidance may be provided. This service does not include procedural or in-office treatments.

We recommend you see an in-person provider for your care if:
  • You have had significant hair loss on other parts of your body
  • You have pain, itching or burning of the scalp
  • You have HIV, a weakened immune system, a rheumatological disorder or autoimmune diseases
  • You have Depression or Anxiety; Actively trying to conceive; History of diminished urinary flow; History of Prostate Cancer; History or current Liver disease; patchy hair loss inconsistent with male pattern baldness; Undiagnosed scalp rashes/lesions; Allergy or hypersensitivity to desired medication or class; 
  • You have History of Congestive Heart Failure, Pericardial effusion, Pheochromocytoma, Pulmonary Hypertension with mitral stenosis, and/or Tamponade.
 
A follow-up evaluation to monitor progress, assess treatment response, and adjust your plan as needed to support continued hair restoration goals.

Hair loss treatment requires consistency and monitoring. This visit ensures your plan stays effective and aligned with your goals.
Good candidate for virtual care if: You have a current oral cold sore outbreak AND you are seeking cold sore suppression/prevention treatment or refills.
We recommend you see an in-person provider for your care if:
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have had three or more cold sores outbreak within the last year.
  • Your last outbreak was within the past two weeks.
Good candidate for virtual care if:  You are experiencing symptoms consistent with pink eye, such as redness, itchiness and crusting of the eye(s).
We recommend you see an in-person provider for your care if: 
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You wear contact lenses.
  • You have a recent history of trauma to the eye or concern about something in your eye. 
  • You have had eye surgery within the past two months.
  • You are experiencing blurred, impaired, or changes in vision, sensitivity to light, flashing lights or floaters, headache with nausea, inability to open eye or keep it open, redness beyond the eye pain or tenderness in or around the eye.
We provide medication refills for stable, well-controlled medical conditions through secure video telehealth visits. This service is intended for patients who are already established on a High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol and Hypothyroidism (Levothyroxine only) medication only and are not experiencing new or worsening symptoms.

During the visit, we review the current medication, indication, dosing, adherence, side effects, interval health changes, and any relevant monitoring requirements. When clinically appropriate, a prescription refill is provided. Education on continued safe use and warning signs that require in-person evaluation is included.
This service does not include initiation of new medications, medication changes, or management of uncontrolled or acute conditions. Patients with concerning symptoms, abnormal monitoring results, or need for dose adjustment will be referred for in-person care.

We provide medical documentation for return to work or school when clinically appropriate, following a video telehealth evaluation.
The visit includes a brief review of the reason for absence, current symptoms, and functional status to determine whether documentation can be provided. Notes may include clearance to return, recommended restrictions, or excused time away based on clinical judgment.

This service does not replace a full medical evaluation and does not include completion of disability forms, FMLA paperwork, or legal documentation. Notes are issued at the discretion of the clinician and based on the information available at the time of the visit.
