New Patients

All new patients begin with an evaluation before enrolling in ongoing care. Most programs require fasting labs before your visit so we can review your results and recommend the best plan.

To get started:
Book your evaluation below, complete your labs and intake forms, then meet with us to review your results and care options.

Please schedule your visit at least 7 business days after your lab draw. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment and send your lab order.

Aesthetic patients need an initial aesthetic evaluation only. Labs are not required.
