Before enrolling in any of our care programs, all new patients complete a two-part intake process.
(Aesthetic Patients require an initial aesthetic evaluation, no labs required)
How it works:
1. Book your evaluation visit(below) This schedules your initial appointment. Please book this out at least 7 business days from when you can complete lab work to allow labs time to result. Keep in mind, new patient labs are fasting
2. You'll receive communication to schedule your lab draw after booking
3. Enroll in your care program At your evaluation, we will walk you through your findings and recommend the program that best fits your goals and biology.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your evaluation appointment and receive your lab order upon booking.
