NEW PATIENTS — Start Here

Before enrolling in any of our care programs, all new patients complete a two-part intake process.
(Aesthetic Patients require an initial aesthetic evaluation, no labs required)

How it works:

1. Book your evaluation visit(below) This schedules your initial appointment. Please book this out at least 7 business days from when you can complete lab work to allow labs time to result. Keep in mind, new patient labs are fasting 

2. You'll receive communication to schedule your lab draw after booking

3. Enroll in your care program At your evaluation, we will walk you through your findings and recommend the program that best fits your goals and biology.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your evaluation appointment and receive your lab order upon booking.

Peptide Therapy Consultation (Virtual Visit) $ 100.00
Virtual Video Visit
Utilizing peptides such as Sermorelin, Pentadeca Arginate (BPC-157), KPV,  TB-500, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, thymosin beta-4, Glutathione, Semax, NAD+, Synapsin, GLOW Stack, and more.  Peptides are chains of amino acids-the building blocks of proteins- that are naturally found in the body. As we age, the natural production of peptides decrease impairing several body functions. We specialize in peptide therapy for anti-aging, weight loss, muscle growth and muscle recovery.

*This appointment does not include labs or medications. If you have recent labs (within 3 months) we may just need a few more depending on the peptide recommended. 
  • Lab work is required prior to beginning GH Stimulation and certain Peptide Therapy
  • We do not provide guidance or prescribe research grade or non human use peptides. All peptides prescribed are dispensed from an FDA-monitored U.S. manufacturer pharmacy, ensuring medical-grade purity, sterility, and potency.
  • This visit does not include  any TRT or BHRT evaluation. It is highly advised that hormones and nutrient deficiencies are optimized prior to starting peptide therapy. 
New Patient Women's Evaluation: Virtual $ 155.00
VIRTUAL VIDEO VISIT

Once labs are drawn and results are in,  you'll meet with Dr. Montgomery FNP-BC for a comprehensive, unhurried review of your full lab panel,  including sex hormones, adrenal function, thyroid markers, metabolic health, inflammation and more. She'll walk you through each result so you understand exactly where you stand.
From there, the conversation turns to you,  your symptoms, your cycle and gyn history, how you've been feeling, and what you want to change. Whether you're navigating perimenopause or menopause, irregular or painful periods, fertility challenges, PCOS, postpartum hormonal changes, unexplained fatigue, weight gain, low libido, mood changes, hair loss, poor sleep, or concerns that have gone unanswered elsewhere,  this visit is designed to bring clarity to the full picture.

You'll leave with a personalized care plan that may include bioidentical hormone therapy, targeted medications, peptides, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and a clear path for restoring energy, mood, sleep, and overall vitality.

This is not a rushed visit. It's the starting point for care built around how your body actually works. You'll leave with a personalized care plan and a clear path forward to get started. 

This evaluation is required prior to enrollment in any Venture Wellness ongoing care programs or packages.
Due to our detailed and personalized care model, we are out of network for insurance for visits. However, you may use card/HSA/FSA  for all services
Insurance may be used for certain medications and labs.

Lab processing not included: Can use insurance or self pay new patient panel in office. You will receive your lab instructions upon confirmation of this appointment


This visit is conducted via secure video. Your link will be sent upon booking and at appointment time when your healthcare provider is ready to see you
