Assessment Fee $100 T-Shape Assessment The assessment fee is collected at the time of booking. If you choose to proceed with treatment, the assessment fee is applied toward your T-Shape package. Charging an assessment fee allows us to dedicate appropriate time and medical expertise to each patient and ensures we are seeing individuals who are genuinely interested in personalized care.
