When you miss a follow-up appointment without giving us advance notice of 24 hours or just not showing up—we must charge a $50 fee, which helps us protect our schedule and ensures we can continue offering prompt, high-quality care to all our clients. This fee will be charged to your card on file or invoiced, and must be paid before booking another appointment. Of course, if an emergency arises, please let us know—we review such situations with empathy and consideration.
