If you don't see an appointment time that works for you, please reach out to our email; As of 2/13, we will be charging an additional $50 to appointments schedule on Saturday for special hours



Please note. We are a cash-pay clinic and do not bill insurance. Payment is due at time of service. We will provide you with a superbill you can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.

This is a comprehensive initial consultation for adults designed to thoroughly review your health history, current concerns, and long-term goals. Your provider will take time to discuss recommendations, including lab work and personalized next steps to support your health.

*New Patient Paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid cancellation.*
Adult New Patient Visit - VIRTUAL 90 Min $ 450.00
VIRTUAL. Select this appointment type if you are a new Wildly Well patient. *$150 non-refundable deposit required. 

This is a comprehensive initial consultation for adults designed to thoroughly review your health history, current concerns, and long-term goals. Your provider will take time to discuss recommendations, including lab work and personalized next steps to support your health.

Extended Follow up - IN PERSON 60 Min $ 350.00
IN PERSON. Select this appointment type if this is your first lab review at Wildly Well, if you have more than 8 lab markers to review, or if you are re-establishing care with your provider. 


Extended Follow up - VIRTUAL 60 Min $ 350.00

Standard Follow Up - IN PERSON 30 Min $ 200.00
IN PERSON. Select this appointment if you have fewer than 8 labs to review, or if you are checking in with your provider on your treatment plan, symptoms, and progress.

Coordination of Care (CoC) - 15-minute phone call 15 Min $ 120.00
PHONE. Select this appointment type if you have been referred to our clinic for a Coordination of Care visit by a naturopathic doctor. This appointment establishes prescriptive rights with our ?nurse practitioners.
