Initial Weight Loss Consultation 30 Min $ 150.00

Virtual new patient consultation for medical weight management. During this visit, we review your medical history, current medications, weight history, prior weight loss treatments, goals, and potential contraindications. Appropriate laboratory testing may be recommended prior to initiating medication therapy. A personalized, provider-guided treatment plan is developed based on clinical evaluation and individual goals.

Medication initiation and prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate and after required evaluations are completed.

Weight Loss Follow Up / Medication Refill 20 Min $ 85.00

Virtual follow up for established weight loss patients. During this visit, we review weight progress, side effects, nutrition, activity level, and overall response to treatment. Medication dosing may be adjusted based on clinical response and safety.
