Initial Hormone Consultation 30 Min $ 150.00

Virtual consultation for hormone related symptoms such as fatigue, low energy, mood changes, sleep concerns, or weight changes. During this visit, we review your medical history, symptoms, medications, and prior treatments. Appropriate laboratory testing may be recommended before starting therapy. A personalized, provider guided treatment plan is developed based on clinical evaluation and individual goals.

Medication initiation and prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate and after required evaluations are completed.
