Your initial telehealth consultation provides a comprehensive assessment of your health. We’ll review your medical history, medications, lifestyle, and preventive care needs, then craft a personalized plan. Please complete all intake forms prior to your appointment to maximize our time together and ensure a seamless experience.

Acute Care Virtual Visit $ 89.00

Evaluation and treatment for minor illnesses and short-term medical concerns for existing patients.

Common conditions treated:
• cold and flu symptoms
• sinus infections
• urinary tract infections
• minor rashes or skin concerns
• medication refills for stable conditions

Prescriptions can be sent electronically to your pharmacy when appropriate.

Follow-up Virtual Visit $ 119.00

Designed for ongoing management of established conditions, this visit allows review of symptoms, lab results, and medication adjustments. For multiple or complex concerns, an extended session may be scheduled to ensure thorough care. Secure messaging between visits is included for continuous support.
