These appointments are reserved for Aspiring Aesthetics For Tomorrow Patients that have had labs ordered from access labs to be drawn on site. Examples of these labs include: New Men's Testosterone Patients, Men’s Testosterone follow-up patients, New Weight Loss Patients, Patients of Aspiring Aesthetics whom have been ordered follow up labs as part of care within Aspiring Aesthetics. Lab Fees must be part of your membership or paid in advance in order for a lab visit to be scheduled. Please be aware the late/no show cancellation policy does apply to these appointments (even for members).
Labs order from outside sources can not be collected in office. No add-ons for labs ordered by other providers can be collected billed or sent out from this location.
This appointment is for established Men's Testosterone Members who need to be seen after follow up labs or to discuss changes in symptoms. If you feel your dose may need adjusted or would like to discuss additional modalities for treatment.
Follow up appointments are for established medical weight loss members. We will discuss nutritional guidance, ensure there are no new side effects, and adjust dosages as necessary. Please be aware no dosage changes will be provided between 3 month appointments.
Be prepared to discuss food tracking, activity, side effects, and effectiveness of medication.
Please ensure you allow 5-7 business days for medication refills to be sent and processed so you do not risk a lapse in any cash pay programs.

Non Refundable down payment required to secure lab order and supplies. Only exception is as follows: if the appointment is cancelled with 72 hour notice.
Will allow the deposit to be applied to a rescheduled appointment one time only, IF 24 hour notice is provided AND the new appointment is rescheduled within one week.

Be aware Covid Exemption for controlled substances is about to expire. You will need to have a provider able to see you in person once a year by the end of 2024!!!
One month of Testosterone replacement (if appropriate)
Testosterone therapy is dependent patient specific needs. Labs and forms must be completed prior to in-person consultation for or appointment will be rescheduled. Please ensure labs are completed one week prior to your scheduled in person visit.

You will receive an email (check your spam folder) with an invoice for $50 non refundable lab order.
Once payment is obtained your appointment will be confirmed.
At your first appointment you will pay the remaining $350 and Labs are drawn in office.

When to schedule: Appointments required for any questions or concerns not addressed at initial consultation or during routine visits for treatment and follow up. Additional coaching or to managed side effect and health concerns related to medical weight loss and/or men's testosterone treatment. Visits outside of normal Weight loss/Men's health membership appointment allowances. When Not to schedule: Not intended for a two week follow up on aesthetic treatments such as Botox/Dysport or fillers. General health concerns, (IE; blood pressure, anxiety, cold and flu) Please see your primary care provider. ANY medical emergency: Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, You know the list....call 911 or go to the closest emergency room depending on your situation.
