This 30-minute appointment with Dr. Hailey VanDerLeest, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, is for established patients continuing care. We will review your progress, address any concerns, and adjust your treatment plan as needed—including medication management, therapy goals, and holistic support strategies.

You'll receive a personalized care plan, which may include medication management in combination with therapy and holistic or integrative options tailored to your needs.
