  • Please provide at least 48 business hours notice for cancellations. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the full amount will be charged. Our office is closed on weekends, so cancellations should be made by 5:00 PM on Thursday for weekend appointments and by 5:00 PM on any day for weekday appointments.


REFUND POLICY:

  • Consultations: We strive to make your visit optimal. We require a 2 working day cancellation of your appointment to be refunded. Quebec Resident Additional Fees for Ontario NP Requisitions:
Residents outside of Ontario are responsible to pay additional lab fees. Each lab location has their own administration fee that is paid to directly to them that varies dramatically. We suggest clarifying those fees directly with the lab location of your choice. We recommend using Dynacare as their fees tend to be lower. For Quebec residents you may be eligible for an RAMQ refund for a portion of this fee. Please ask at the lab that you are having your lab work at.
