Below are a list of common conditions we may treat. Some visit reasons are not appropriate for virtual care and may be referred for an in-person visit. All emergencies require you to call 911. Prices for non-members are: $99 for simple visits and $129 for more complex visits where testing or referrals are required.
Members ($79 monthly subscription) are able to be seen for no additional cost for virtual and in-clinic sick visits. In-person visits include the cost of testing if necessary. We currently offer rapid testing for influenza, covid-19, strep throat and urinary tract infections.

Primary care bridging fills the gap when primary care access is limited or delayed. Whether you’re without a PCP or facing long wait times, we provide timely, reliable care to keep your health on track.

IV hydration with a vast range of cocktails available to help with immune support, illness recovery, sports and athletic support and autoimmune support.

Vitamin injections available include an immunity boost, vitamin B12, lipotropics (for metabolism support and fat loss) and vitamin D.

Our Medical Weight Loss Consult is a comprehensive first visit designed to understand your unique health history and weight loss journey. During this appointment, we conduct a detailed medical history and physical exam (which may include a body composition scan), review any past challenges and successes, and assess current risk factors or co-morbidities. Together, we determine the safest and most effective treatment options tailored to your goals and medical needs. If medication therapy is appropriate, our team will complete any necessary prior authorizations for insurance coverage. For eligible patients, compounded medication options may also be available. This visit provides a personalized roadmap to help you achieve lasting and sustainable weight loss success.

Please note- follow-up appointments are for clients who are actively being seen or who have been seen within 3 months.

Due to an increase in missed appointments and an extensive waitlist, a deposit is now required to schedule your first visit. The deposit will be applied to your appointment and is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments.

A comprehensive hormone assessment beyond estrogen and testosterone. We evaluate thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormones, review how they impact your symptoms and overall health, and create a personalized plan to restore balance and optimize how you feel.

An InBody scan provides a detailed breakdown of your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and water balance—far beyond what the scale can show. This quick, non-invasive scan helps track progress over time and guide personalized nutrition, fitness, and weight loss plans. It’s ideal for anyone looking to better understand their body and make data-driven health decisions.

We offer convenient on-site lab draws for our patients using either insurance (with a $25 draw fee) or discounted self-pay labs for those who are uninsured or have high deductibles. Self-pay lab options are also available to the general public, providing affordable access to important testing without the need for a clinic visit.

Maine Firefighters — your health matters! Our Firefighter Health & Exposure Monitoring Program is designed specifically for the unique risks of the fire service, including smoke exposure, heart health, cancer risk, sleep disruption, and metabolic changes. Led by Lauren Jellison, FNP-C, this program includes firefighter-specific labs, body composition scans, and personalized prevention plans.

Cost is $299 for initial visit and second visit lab review. Continuous care provided either via monthly membership or pay-per-visit model.

First schedule ?your lab draw. Be sure to fast (nothing to eat or drink after midnight except for water). Hydrate well with just water before your appointment.

Next, schedule a 30 min NP visit at least 1 week later.

Cost of $150 covers both the labs and the 30min NP visit.

The included labs to be drawn will be:

CBC (evaluates the blood cells, assess for anemia, infection, etc)
CMP (evaluates blood sugar, liver and kidney health, and some electrolytes)
TSH (a basic thyroid marker)
A1C (a test for type 2 diabetes)
Lipid (a cholesterol test for heart health)
Vitamin D (an important vitamin that many are deficient in)

This 30 min visit will be a review of your recent labs, a basic health assessment and blood pressure check, and a discussion of how to optimize your health outcomes and reduce risk.

Need more care afterwards? We will review several options to ensure you have adequate follow-up.
