A patient-facing discovery call is a free, 15-30 minute, non-clinical, and low-pressure conversation designed to build rapport, understand patient health goals, and assess if the clinic is a good match. It focuses on pain points and care philosophy rather than medical diagnostics, helping patients feel comfortable before booking a formal visit.
What it is: A complimentary, non-clinical, introductory conversation held via phone or video.
Purpose: To connect, understand the patient's primary health concerns and goals, and determine if our clinic's approach aligns with their needs.
What we do: Listen to health history summaries, explain our services and philosophy, and discuss potential treatment approaches without performing a formal exam.
What we don't do: Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment plans. There is no physical examination or laboratory work during this call.
Outcome: Patients gain clarity on their health path, understand our care model, and receive guidance on the next best steps, such as booking an initial assessment
