Please do not select any procedures, acute care visit, or follow ups as an initial appointment. 

Welcome to Stephenson Gut Vitality & Health! To ensure a seamless booking experience, please review our clinic policies below before scheduling your appointment:

• Card on File & Cancellation Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure all online bookings. If you are insurance based and required a copay, the payment will be required prior to the appointment. If you are cash pay, a $50 deposit will be required prior to the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least  72 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late-cancellation fee. A missed appointment will be charged $50 no-show fee.

• Insurance vs. Self-Pay: We accept select insurance plans (including Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, & United Healthcare) for standard Primary Care visits only. All Functional Medicine, Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT), and Medical Aesthetic procedures are self-pay/fee-for-service and are not billed to insurance.

• Aesthetic Appointments: If you are a new aesthetic patient, please book an Aesthetic Consultation first so we can safely map out your custom treatment plan. If you want to proceed with treatment the same day, you must book the appropriate appointments back to back. Please contact the office for if you are unsure and need assistance or have questions.

• Telehealth Visits: If you choose a virtual appointment, a secure video link will be automatically emailed to you with your appointment confirmation. These are only available for established patients and limited to visits that require no or minimal physical assessment.
