Embrace offers specialized gynecologic care. We operate as an out-of-network clinic and we cannot bill your insurance. The fees listed below are due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill (medical receipt) after payment. You can submit this to your insurance if you have out-of-network reimbursement.
Embrace requires at least two business days' notice for all cancelations or reschedules.
A $100 fee will be charged to the card on file for no-shows or cancelations/reschedules made within two (2) business days of the appointment.
