Established Spry Integrative patients, or patients seen earlier from Core Integrative Health or NaturalStart Medicine, are welcome to schedule an annual physical examination, laboratory review, and/or general follow up appointments.  If it has been more than 2 years since our last in-person visit, please schedule for an exam along with the lab review/follow up.
