The foundation consult happens in two steps - the first is a 15 minute telehealth visit with Rebekah to discuss your symptoms and health goals. At the end of the visit, your customized lab testing will be ordered and your 30 minute intake visit will be booked. Once test results are back, you'll have a 30 minute visit that will go over everything and you'll receive a personalized protocol.
