A few important things to note:
 

INSURANCES: We are currently in-network with most BCBS PPO plans only or all Wellmark Plans (always a good idea to check your specific plan to verify). Unfortunately, this does not include Turquoise Care, New Mexico HMO plans, or the IA UnityPoint HMO-only plan. We are actively working to credential with Medicaid, Presbyterian, and NM HMO plans.
 

SERVICES BY LOCATION:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Available to clients physically located in Washington, New Mexico, or Iowa at the time of service. (Some clients choose to travel for evaluations.)

• Medication Management: Available only to clients physically located in New Mexico at the time of service.
   

As a small practice, we require a credit card on file for any co-pays, balances, or no-show fees.
