Established patients have been seen within the past 2 years. If >2 years since your last visit, schedule as a New Patient to avoid having your appointment cancelled. 
 

Starting January 1st, 2026:

• All appointments will be virtual only.
• Follow up appointments will be booked either by patient portal or by calling the clinic at 507-414-7500; booking at the website for follow clients will be disabled. 
• Use the "Patients" tab at the top of the website to access your portal or dowload the Optimantra App.
