All adult new patients will complete bloodwork before their first 90-minute visit.

Pediatric new patients will start with a 60-minute office visit.
Established Patients:

Online booking is for those enrolled in a membership plan.

Please call the clinic to start your membership if you are not already a member.

Once enrolled in a membership, you may use online scheduling to request future appointments.

Appointment requests for non-members are not approved until membership downpayment is collected.
