• New Patients: Please schedule an initial consultation within the appropriate service category before booking follow-up visits.

• Psychiatric Mental Health: All mental health evaluations, psychiatric medication management, and psychiatric follow-ups must be scheduled under Psychiatric Mental Health Services.

• Family Medicine & Weight Management: These services are currently available to self-pay patients only.

• Telehealth: All appointments are conducted virtually. You must be physically located in Texas at the time of your appointment.
