A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is applied toward your visit and is subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Payments are processed securely through Authorize.net and are HIPAA-compliant.
The remaining balance for your visit will be charged to the card on file at the conclusion of your appointment.
If you prefer to use a different card than the one used for the deposit, please notify your provider during your visit.
