At Empowered Wellness, your initial visit is more than just an appointment—it’s the beginning of a thoughtful, collaborative partnership focused on your whole health. This comprehensive, unhurried consultation gives us time to deeply understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, priorities, and goals—so we can begin building a care plan tailored to you.

We specialize in the midlife transition and the often-overlooked intersections of hormonal, metabolic, mental, and sexual health. Common concerns addressed during new patient visits include perimenopause and menopause, hormone optimization, weight and metabolic challenges, thyroid dysfunction, sexual wellness, PCOS, PMDD, bone health, and complex or overlapping symptoms that haven’t been fully explored in traditional care settings.

What to Expect During Your Visit
Your new patient visit is designed to feel spacious and supportive. You’ll have extended time to:

• Review your full medical and symptom history
• Share your current concerns and health goals
• Discuss past testing, treatments, and what’s worked—or hasn’t
• Begin identifying patterns and root causes
• Ask questions and receive education tailored to your needs

When appropriate, we’ll recommend labs or additional testing, and we’ll begin shaping a care plan together. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of next steps and what to expect in follow-up.

Our Care Model
Empowered Wellness is a membership-based clinic. This structure allows us to offer longer visits, direct provider access, and more personalized support—care that simply isn’t possible in fast-paced, insurance-based models. After your first visit, we’ll walk you through our membership options and help you choose the level of care that best fits your needs, goals, and health journey.

In some situations, limited short-term care may be available on a fee-for-service basis, depending on clinical appropriateness. We’re committed to transparency so you can make empowered, informed decisions about your next steps.

After Your First Visit
Following your consultation, we’ll review your care plan together and decide on the best path forward. Most patients have their next visit scheduled within 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the type of care and support needed.

This visit is the foundation for a long-term relationship focused on helping you feel better, function better, and move into the next phase of life with clarity, strength, and confidence.
