RenuU Health is proud to collaborate with Partner's In Homecare Services LLC to provide accessible, high-quality General Wellness Check-Ups for their employees. These visits are designed to ensure you're medically stable, safe to work, and up to date on routine care.

Each check-up includes:

•  Vital Signs Monitoring – Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation
•  Comprehensive History & Physical (H&P) – Full review of your medical history, lifestyle, and physical exam
•  General Health & Work Clearance Evaluation – Medical assessment to determine fitness for work or daily function
•  Medication Review & Refills – Adjustments or renewals provided as clinically appropriate
•  Preventative Care & Health Maintenance Guidance – Education and recommendations on follow-ups, vaccinations, and screenings
•  Basic Labs Available – Routine labs can be included as clinically indicated to support your care plan

This collaboration combines Ren?U Health’s wellness expertise with Partner’s In Homecare Services’ dedication to compassionate, community-based care.

This is a 15 to 60-minute In-Clinic visit at the Blackwood, NJ or Sewell,NJ (Inside LCM Fitness Gym) for new/existing patients interested in either; TRT, Medical Weight Loss and Peptides during which we will discuss your medical history, current symptoms, lab results (if available), and health goals to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
