In home well visits.
Routine well visit schedule as follows:
Newborn, 2 weeks (as needed), 1 month, 2-4-6 months
9 month, 12 montths, 15 months, 18 months
24 months, 30 months, 3 years and once annually therafter.
Visit fee does not include travel charges.
Please be advised, services for in person visits after business hours or on the weekend have an additional after-hours convenience surcharge of $100.00
