If you choose to discontinue treatment after it has started, a full refund will not be provided. Individual circumstances can be discussed with the clinician. Restoration Wellness Exchange does not accept insurance, therefore we are unable to accept patients with Medicare at this time, even as cash pay patients due to regulations. Restoration Wellness Exchange, LLC requires a prepayment for the full amount of your visit at the time your visit is scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please notify Restoration Wellness Exchange, LLC, within 48 hrs of your appointment to avoid forfeiting your prepayment. Appointment will be cancelled if over 15 mins late for scheduled visit. If over 15 mins late, prepayment is non-refundable. Appointment cancellation and reschedules must be made within 48 hours of your appointment time. If over 48 hrs, prepayment is non-refundable. The reason for this is that we must keep a full schedule to run our business. If you cancel with little or no warning, we do not have time to fill the appointment slot.
