If a patient decides to discontinue treatment after it has been started, a full refund will not be given. Individual circumstances may be discussed with the office manager. There are no refunds or returns for our services except where Platinum Medical Wellness & Aesthetics becomes legally unable to provide services. Appointment No Shows and Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
