Most of our consultations are conducted asynchronously or via text. This means you do not need to sit through a live video or phone call. Instead, our providers evaluate you entirely based on the medical information and forms you submit, and communicate with you through secure messaging.
Please note: A provider will only request a live video visit if they determine your specific case requires further evaluation.
Because we review your case based on the information you provide on the questionnaire, your provider cannot begin your evaluation until all of your online paperwork is complete. Please complete the following steps as soon as possible to avoid delays in your care. 1. Select your preferred medication option 2. Select a time, this is not an appointment time, just a place holder to get you into our charts for review. 3. For new patients, register for a patient portal to complete the required forms. For returning patients, sign into your patient portal using the 'Already a client' button. 4. A credit card is required for booking but your card will not be charged until you get a confirmation from the provider with your order details.
