We are a direct pay (cash-pay) practice. Payment is due at the time of service, and we do not accept, bill, or process insurance, including commercial plans,
Medicare, or Medicaid: Due to federal regulations, patients with Medicare or Medicaid cannot be seen under a cash-pay or membership model in this practice.
A superbill can be provided for patients with commercial insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement (not guaranteed). Good Faith Estimates are available under the No Surprises Act upon request.
Membership clients: Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Single Discovery Visits: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Missed Discovery Visits cannot be reimbursed.
