Our Direct Patient Billing Membership Model offers transparency in pricing for both medical visits and labs. Our plan of care is patient driven and not hindered by insurance authorizations or pre-approvals.
These services are provided in coordination with your care team (Primary Care, Chiropractor, Surgeon) as treatment for chronic illness or injury. Some services require a referral from your provider.
