By using bio-identical hormone pellet therapy, we are able to bring your body into
optimal hormonal balance.

How much does it cost and does insurance cover it?

The initial cost is $350. This covers your labs and consultation.

The Pellet Procedure itself, costs $450 for women and $850 for men.

Insurance usually does not cover the procedure but may cover some of your labs.
You may be given a form to give your insurance for reimbursement. We have found that some insurances will reimburse a portion back to you.

Let’s get you scheduled for your labs and consultation….

We can do this in the office or send you a lab slip and schedule you a consultation. You do not have to fast.

We schedule the procedure two weeks after labs are drawn, this gives us time to
receive your information and determine the best therapy for you.

Lab reviews, imaging results or any other follow ups. This is your spot!
