Financial Information
Driftless Health is a cash-pay practice, and payment is due at the time of service:

New patient fee: A one-time $50 fee applies to new patient medical visits and to new patients scheduling laboratory services. This fee is included in the displayed price for new patient medical visits. It does not apply to DOT or sports/participation physicals.

Cancellations and missed appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $35 fee.

Unexpected changes: Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you need to make a change within 24 hours. Depending on the circumstances, the fee may be reduced, waived, or transferred to a rescheduled appointment at the clinic’s discretion.

Payment options: Payment plans or other financial arrangements may be available. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your individual circumstances, as we may have practical financial solutions available to help make care more accessible.
Appointment Information

Telehealth appointments: Some concerns cannot be fully evaluated or treated remotely and may require an in-person visit or referral. Patients must be physically located in Wisconsin at the time of a telehealth appointment.

Laboratory appointments: Lab visits are for specimen collection only. Interpretation of results, medical advice, or treatment planning may require a separate provider appointment. For established patients, result review may already be included in the current care plan.
Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with select evening and Saturday appointments available. Choose your preferred appointment type to view current availability.
