During your initial visit, Dr. Mills or one of our nurse practitioners will review your medical history, symptoms, and health goals, discuss appropriate laboratory testing, and determine whether hormone therapy may be right for you.

Hormone treatment is not automatically prescribed after consultation. Recommendations are based on your individual evaluation, laboratory findings, and medical appropriateness. Typically, a second appointment is scheduled to review labs and determine next steps for you.

Both insurance and self-pay patients are welcome to schedule online. Certain hormone evaluations, medically necessary testosterone replacement services, and laboratory testing may qualify for insurance coverage depending on your plan benefits, diagnosis, and medical necessity.

Please provide your insurance information during registration, if applicable. Our team will make every effort to review your benefits before your appointment and discuss anticipated payment arrangements.

Self-pay options remain available for patients without insurance and for services that are not covered, subject to applicable insurance requirements.

Vitamin B12 Injections
Vitamin B12 plays an important role in energy metabolism, red blood cell production, and healthy nervous system function. Injections may be beneficial for patients with B12 deficiency or certain absorption concerns.

Lipo B12 Injections
A combination of vitamin B12 and lipotropic nutrients involved in normal metabolic processes. Often selected as part of a broader wellness or weight management plan. Lipo B12 injections have not been established as an effective standalone weight-loss treatment.

NAD+ Injections
NAD+ is an essential coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and metabolic function. Injectable NAD+ is an emerging wellness therapy, although research supporting its clinical benefits and long-term safety remains limited.

Glutathione Injections
