Cancellation + No-Show Policy
To respect the time and preparation required for all medical and beauty services, the following policies apply:

24-Hour Window:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours in advance will result in:
• Beauty services: $25 late-cancellation fee
• Medical services: A fee equal to 50% of the full service price

No-Shows:
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in:
• Beauty services: $25 no-show fee
• Medical services: A fee equal to 50% of the full service price

Medical Services Deposit:
Deposits for medical services are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the change is made more than 24 hours in advance.

Repeated Cancellations:
Clients with late cancels or no-shows may be required to pay in full prior to future booking.

Tardiness Policy

• A 5-minute grace period is provided.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, a $20 late-arrival fee applies.
• At 10 minutes late, the appointment is automatically canceled, and the no-show/late-cancel fee applies:
– $25 for beauty services
– 50% of the full medical service price
