This lab test is a simple blood draw that is available for anyone that is concerned about their risk for cancer. Included in the 50+ types of cancer are 12 aggressive cancers responsible for 2/3rds of cancer deaths.
The following lifestyle factors and health conditions may increase your risk for cancer: - Age 50 years or older - Cancer survivor - Family history (parent, sibling, child) - Genetic predisposition - HPV infection - Immunodeficiency - Immunosuppressive therapies after transplant - Increased BMI (female > 30 / male > 35) - Liver disease - Smoke or quit less than 10 years ago
