By scheduling an appointment with Vain Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC you agree to pay the fee indicated for the service that has been scheduled.  A credit or debit card may be required to be placed on file at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment.  All virtual appointments require intake forms to be fully completed prior to visit.

Vain Aesthetics & Wellness requires at least 24 hour advance notice of cancellation. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time.  No shows will be charged a $50 fee.
