About Your Appointment

Hormone, Metabolic, Wellness, and Men’s Health Consultations

This appointment is a comprehensive medical evaluation. We review your health history, symptoms, and relevant laboratory data to determine appropriate next steps. Treatment decisions are never made without proper assessment and discussion.

Aesthetic Consultations

This appointment is a personalized aesthetic assessment focused on your goals, facial balance, skin quality, and appropriate treatment options. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment during this visit.

Consultation Fee & Payment

A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. Payment is due at the time of booking.
KAesthetics & Elite Wellness is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance.

Appointment Policy

All consultations are paid in full at the time of booking, and a card is kept on file to reserve appointments. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are subject to a $75 fee.

A $75 consultation deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward treatment completed the same day or scheduled within 30 days of your consultation. If no treatment is booked within that timeframe, the deposit covers the dedicated consultation time reserved for you.

Men’s Hormone Care (Men’s consults only)

Ongoing treatment costs are discussed only after labs are reviewed. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the consultation.

What Happens Next
