• Household Add-On Visits: Additional household members with the same illness or concern may be seen during the same sick visit for half the regular visit fee, when clinically appropriate.

• Intake forms will be sent by email—please complete them before your visit.

• In-home visits are available in Collierville and Germantown. Additional service areas in Memphis may be available for an added travel fee—text your address for a quote.
