Choose the best available booking time, then text or call me at 520-900-8990 if you need to be seen at a different time and we will work it out, including same day. 

-A Video link is sent to you by text and email before the visit. 
-Please be ready with at least two ways to try to access the link.
-I will call you if the links do not connect. 
- A basic consent and client health profile is to be completed. Adults must sign for minors. 
- Check your email / texts for your new client portal access and important information, and to sign the consent.  

Insurance is not accepted for our concierge services. Insurance can often be used for a lab or a medication.

Payment is taken at the time  or before  the visit. If payment fails, an email invoice is sent. 

The current no show fee is $5 

Rapid Care visit is $55 

COVID vaccine prescription $35.00 

Rapid Care Visits are available in Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and other states coming soon. ( UTI, Skin Infections, Notes, Flu, Refills, ED, Covid Vaccine booster prescription, simple health needs )
