This office requires a $50 deposit for all appointments. This is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment time. This office requires 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you miss an appointment or fail to give sufficient notice, you will forfeit the $50 for that missed appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking/rescheduling.
