The preventative yearly exam is intended to look at the patient’s whole-body function, address the root cause of any issues, and promote healthy function to prevent chronic health issues. We will discuss the patient’s past medical history, current symptoms or concerns, order testing as applicable, and create a treatment plan consisting of supplements, lifestyle changes, and medications when necessary. The goal is to address and treat concerns without the use of traditional medications or help patients get off medications. This visit is intended for men and women. We treat children/teens on a case-by-case basis.

To enhance the appearance of the lips. This appointment is for the lips ONLY.
Dermal filler used is Juvéderm and Restylane.

Follow-up visits will be recommended by the provider based upon the appropriate visit length. They can be scheduled as a virtual visit or in-person, depending on the patient's preference.

HRT is specific to each patient, as there is not one treatment plan or one dose that fits every man or woman’s body. We all absorb and metabolize hormones differently. In this visit, we will discuss the patient’s specific concerns, history, goals for treatment, and testing will be ordered according to the patient’s needs. This testing might be regular blood work or saliva and urine through ZRT’s kits or Precision Analytical’s Dutch test. We will discuss treatment options including topical compounded cream, troches, injections for men, and pellet therapy. We will follow up with a basic virtual visit to discuss results and the appropriate treatment plan. Balanced hormones promote healthy sleep, increase cognitive function, decrease anxiety and mood swings, increase libido, decrease menopausal symptoms for females, regulate cycles, decrease erectile dysfunction, weight loss, and much more. *Lab testing fees are additional, but we do offer discounted cash pay rates for regular blood work.

IV therapy benefits many different patients. It provides hydration, corrects vitamin levels, promotes detoxification, helps with muscle recovery, and much more. We provide a comfortable and private environment with recliners and blankets. The infusions will be tailored to the patient’s specific needs.

IV therapy cost ranges from $135 and up, depending on the type of IV selected/In-home or In-office infusion. We also offer discounted packages of 3 or 6 infusions. Please ask your nurse at your visit.

Lipo-B Injections:
Liop-B Injections consist of MIC (methionine, inositol, choline) plus vitamin B12. They boost metabolism, help burn fat, increase energy level, and enhance immune system function. They can be administered weekly.

B12 (methylcobalamin) Injections:
Methylated vitamin B12 injections are beneficial for patients deficient in B12, patients who do not methylate B12 properly (MTHFR patients), and patients needing an extra boost in energy. They can be administered weekly.

Pellet therapy is one modality to deliver testosterone and/or estrogen to male and female patients. It is a simple procedure, completed with a local anesthetic in less than an hour. The patient’s buttocks is numbed with a lidocaine injection, then cleaned and prepped. A small incision, approximately 0.5-1cm, is made, then the pellet (looks like a large grain of rice or tic tac) is placed in the fatty tissue of the buttocks, and the site is closed with steri-strips, gauze, and Tegaderm bandage. The patient is instructed to refrain from strenuous physical activity, 3 days for females and 7 days for males. This allows the tissue to heal around the pellet and prevent extrusion. The pellet will deliver a steady rate of hormones to the patient over a 4-month period for females and a 6-month period for males. The patient will then be pelleted on the opposite side.

This visit type is booked for sick visits, such as strep throat, ear infection, urinary tract infection, and more. It is a simple, 15-minute visit to discuss symptoms and treatment, if warranted. It is not a visit for primary care concerns or follow-up.

The WWE is comprised of a routine pap smear in a comfortable environment with a robe and blanket.
